Tyler Eubanks, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Tyler was born and raised in Cary, NC and has spent most of his life in the Triangle area. He joined the Back in Action team in 2019 when he and his wife Bridget, a physical therapy professor at Campbell University, moved to Fuquay-Varina.

Tyler was introduced to the field of physical therapy as a child due to numerous injuries sustained while playing sports. He attended Athens Drive High School, where in 2005, was honored with the North Carolina Scholar Athlete of the Year Award. He went on to play basketball at Averett University from 2005-2007, then transferred to his beloved NC State University to finish his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. Tyler received his doctor of physical therapy degree from Duke University (his preferred shade of blue) in 2013.

Tyler is board certified in orthopedic physical therapy, manual therapy certified through the Manual Therapy Institute, and he is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He has a strong passion for physical therapy and human optimization including movement, nutrition, breathing, and stress coping strategies. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and any beach activity, but most importantly, he loves spending time with his wife and their golden retriever Zillie.
