Mary Brian is a North Carolina native who loves anything to do with animals and the outdoors. She graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Duke University in 2019 and has grown up a diehard Duke fan, so she may take some time to adjust to all the UNC grads in the clinic. Within a few minutes of meeting Mary Brian, you will feel like you have been friends for years due to her outgoing and lively personality. She is passionate about pelvic health physical therapy, especially for young athletes and post-partum women, and loves to see how much of an impact physical therapy can have on their quality of life and relationships.
She grew up participating in a variety of sports (because she couldn’t pick just one!) so she can talk soccer, tennis, football, basketball, golf, surfing, and much more. However, Mary Brian’s biggest passion is in horseback riding, where she enjoys spending the summers trail riding and the winters fox hunting through the beautiful farms of North Carolina on her horse (Tiger Lily)
Mary Brian attended Duke for undergrad as well, so basketball is her top priority when in season, however she has become a big Florida Gators football fan since her husband attended UF. In her free time, she loves to spend weekends at Wrightsville Beach on the boat with her husband and lab rescue (Mason).
