Back in Action Physical Therapy Gains New Partner

David Mills Named Partner at Company’s Holly Springs Location

HOLLY SPRINGS, NC (September 12, 2016) — Physical therapist David Mills is now a partner at the Holly Springs location of Back in Action Physical Therapy.

His new role comes with a number of responsibilities, including community outreach. David will lead a clinical education/volunteer program in area high schools and universities, providing advice and guidance for aspiring physical therapists.

A Raleigh native, David was a natural fit for physical therapy. He is an avid runner, scuba diver, and athlete.

David studied exercise science at UNCW, and continued his training as a PT at UNC Chapel Hill. He spent his early career in Atlanta, handling everything from post-operative rehab to athletic injuries. He has particular skill in intramuscular therapy (dry needling) and joint dysfunction.

He moved back home in 2013, and signed on with Back in Action two years later. David’s new role will not only further the clinic’s business, but also its place in the Holly Springs community.

“It is truly exciting to be part of the great things occurring at Back in Action Physical Therapy in Holly Springs.  Continuing the established strength of Back in Action in Holly Springs as being a leader in clinical excellence and community outreach is something I am proud to be a part of.”
