Training Fitness Classes Return to Back in Action

Looking to improve your game, decrease your times, or increase your strength? Back in Action Physical Therapy is offering two special training classes this summer.

Olympic Weightlifting 101 and Jump to Perform both begin in mid-June and last for six weeks. Each classes is aimed at fitness enthusiasts, athletes, or those new to fitness who are looking to get stronger without injury. Both classes are offered a few times each year, but space is limited to six participants for each class.

Olympic Weightlifting 101 (#OLY101) – This class focuses on the technique of weightlifting. Classes meet each week to review and practice one specific weightlifting technique, rotating each time. Our strength and conditioning coach will teach safe ways to increase your strength. Sign up for either Monday mornings or Thursday afternoons, starting June 12. Jump To Perform (#Jump2Perform) РJump training is the perfect way to enhance performance while dramatically decreasing your ACL tear risk. Increase strength and decrease your times by trying jump training with one of our physical therapists.
