Athens Drive High School
We partnered with Athens Drive mens soccer program in 2015. James, our strength and conditioning coach, developed a program and supported the coach during the summer workouts twice a week. The athletes are driven hard and make vast improvements in their athleticism to prepare them for a competitive high school soccer season in Wake County.
ClubWorx – We have been a resource to ClubWorx members since our relationship began in 2002. We have worked with members just starting out and those training for marathons and triathlons. Our relationship has grown closer over the years with the strength coaches and personal trainers many of whom are now trained in FMS which gives us common language to support the athletes/gym members. We are now working together in educational training sessions to learn from each other to better serve those clients we share.
